My Client Is Unable To Pay The Online Deposit, What Do I Do?
In some cases, mainly corporate bookings, clients may be unable to pay an online deposit. For these bookings, you can inform firstname.lastname@example.org and we can change this to an offline booking.
Here you would receive full payment and then pay our invoice, payment is not expected until you have been paid and you can find the invoice in your billing section (or in conversation with the client). These invoices should only be at the request of the client and happen only for a small percentage of our bookings.
