Why Is My Profile Suspended?

You may have recently noticed that your account is suspended, if we have got in touch regarding a suspension then you will know the reason for this. If you notice your account is suspended but have not had contact from the team this could be due to the following. 

- The breaking of Poptop's terms and conditions. 

- Cancellation of confirmed booking(s), with money owed to Poptop. As soon as this is refunded as stated in the email do inform the team so we can check payments and lift suspension for you. 

- Unpaid invoice in your billing section - after 15 days if we have not received payment your account will be automatically suspended.
