I have a ‘pending’ booking, what does this mean? Can I cancel it?

A pending booking is when you have pressed 'BOOK NOW' but have not continued to make the deposit payment. 

This is a provisional booking and you're not committed to anything just yet so if you wish to cancel, you can do by pressing 'CANCEL'. Provisional bookings hold your date and time slot for up to 21 days, after this time, they will be removed automatically.

If you're wanting to proceed with the booking, you can do this via the 'PAY DEPOSIT' button on your quote page.
