I need to cancel my booking, will I get a deposit refund?
If you need to cancel your booking for whatever reason, please get in touch with our Client Support Heroes and notify your supplier that you will be cancelling.
The deposit may or may not be refundable, this will be completely up to the supplier's Terms and Conditions that they have laid out and that were agreed to when booking. They may also have their own contact that you need to sign, and the terms may be laid out there too.
Please note, the deposit is fully refundable for 5 days after the booking is confirmed. After this point, a cancellation fee will be charged from the returning amount. The cancellation fee is 12% of the overall quote. The deposit becomes 100% non-refundable 21 days before the event.
Our service fee is non-refundable in the event of any client cancellation and is separate from the deposit payment you've made.
