Help - My supplier has cancelled!
If your supplier has been in touch to say they are no longer available to do your event, please get in touch with our Client Support Heroes as soon as possible to let us know. If you have made the booking through the Poptop website then your deposit is protected with our Client Protection Programme. We will try our best and help you find a replacement within your price range, though this is not guaranteed. If we are unable to find you a suitable replacement, then you will be eligible for a full refund of your deposit as soon as we have received the funds from the supplier.
