Help - My supplier didn’t show up!

This is a very rare situation, however, on occasion, it can happen. If your supplier has not shown up for your event, please try getting in touch with them directly to see what the reason is (they might just be delayed!). But also please get in touch with our Client Support Heroes to let them know so they can try and chase up the supplier if needs be.
