Help - My supplier didn’t show up!

Firstly, we're really sorry to hear this. Whilst it is very rare, sometimes, it can happen.


If your supplier has not shown up for your booking, please try contacting them directly to find out what happened - they could just be a bit delayed! Their contact details will be in your booking confirmation email.


Please contact our Support Team on hello@poptop.co.uk or Live Chat if your supplier has not shown up and missed your whole event so we can open a full investigation into this. We'll then assess your booking and arrange your refund or any other desirable outcome upon evaluation.
