How does Poptop work?

Once you’ve entered your event details from our home page here, you will then be directed to our catalogue page where you can browse a ton of different event services available to book now for your event. You can filter your search to find the right type of supplier by clicking on the 'Filters' button. From here you will be able to see live prices and availability of services ready to book for your event instantly!

Once you have found some suitable quote listings, you can proceed to book or save the quote for later to refer back to. You will be prompted to create an account with us so you have all your quotes available in one place 😊

There is also a messaging system in place which allows you to discuss in detail your event or any further requirements you may need. If the quote looks good, all you have to do is to confirm the booking via your dashboard on the quote page and pay the deposit to the supplier directly and we will also forward you the supplier's contact details via email after you provisionally confirm your booking. 

The supplier has 7 days to confirm your booking after you have paid your deposit - we do this just to double-check that the supplier is definitely available for your event. Once this happens, you're all good to go!

The remaining balance is paid directly to the supplier and it is up to their discretion when and how this is to be paid. We strongly recommend keeping in touch with your chosen supplier in the time leading up to your event to finalise your event details and anything else that may need confirming prior to the event taking place.
