I want to book a service but I am scared my event will be affected by the pandemic. What should I do?

If you do not feel 100% comfortable with proceeding with a booking then, of course, you are in no obligation to do so. Nothing is set in stone until a deposit is paid and the booking is confirmed, so if you do change your mind up until this point then please don’t worry. Simply contact a member of our Client Support Heroes on hello@poptop.uk.com and they will cancel this for you immediately.

If you do wish to continue with a booking, then you will be agreeing to our normal T&C’s upon booking as well as the suppliers. You are able to view the Cancellation Policy details by clicking on the hyperlink ‘View Cancellation Policy Details’ on the quote page above the pink ‘Book Now’ button.

If your booking does end up being affected by the pandemic then there are many possible options for you so you don’t lose out on your deposit or booking.

  1. Reschedule your booking - even if you don’t have a new date for your event yet, our suppliers are being extremely flexible with their booking policies and rearranging events given the circumstances.
  2. Find you a replacement - if your original supplier cannot attend the new date of your event then Poptop is more than happy to source you a suitable replacement. We will then simply transfer your deposit over to the new booking.
  3. Refunds - anything beyond postponing bookings must be dealt with on a case by case basis with the Poptop team. Most deposits are booked under non-refundable terms, in line with the suppliers’ individual own Terms and Conditions at the time of quoting for an event.
