The Poptop Booking Process

Poptop charges 12% including VAT of your overall fee. For example, if you receive a booking for £100 we will take a booking fee of £12

Once your service listings are published - clients can book you directly from our catalogue which offers live pricing & availability. Each service listing you create will be shown separately throughout the catalogue.

Once clients book your services through Poptop

Clients can send you direct messages before booking to confirm any final details or questions they may have (or vice versa)

You only have 7 days to confirm the booking - then an alternative will be found for the client

Client books you from the catalogue, pays the deposit and you confirm the booking

The booking has now been confirmed and added to your Poptop calendar

If you can only facilitate one booking per day it is important to mark that day as unavailable 

It is important to keep regular contact with the client in the time between the booking confirmation and the date of the event
