The Poptop booking process

How does getting booked on Poptop work?

  1. Clients enter their event details and we display services that are available to be booked.
  2. If the client is interested in your service an instant quote is generated (at this stage you have been shortlisted)
  3. Once the client is ready, they'll proceed to book and pay the deposit through Poptop
  4. Once the deposit is paid, you'll be prompted to confirm the booking (at this stage the clients contact details will be available)
  5. At this point our supplier (12% incl. VAT of full booking value) is deducted from the deposit and the remaining deposit is transferred to your bank within 14 days.
  6. Invoice the client for the remaining amount directly and have a great event!
