How do suppliers and clients communicate?

When a client shortlists a supplier's service they will be notified and can then communicate with the client via the inbuilt messenger. 


If the supplier is level 4-6 a client can also use the client call request feature to speak directly with the supplier. The client call request feature provides the supplier with a general number to dial and a unique code specific to the client to connect them directly to the client. 


Direct contact details are not shared between the client and supplier until it is a client and supplier confirmed booking.
