What is a Super Supplier?

Super Supplier status is awarded to the very best suppliers on Poptop. We celebrate suppliers who perform brilliantly on Poptop by rewarding them with big, business-boosting benefits, like top search ranking.

Anyone on Poptop can become a Super Supplier. You just need to achieve level 6 status by hitting these 5 key metrics:

Bookings: 1+ confirmed booking

Cancellation rate: cancel no more than 10% of your bookings

Response rate: you need to respond to at least 80% of new messages within 48 hours

Rating: your rating needs to be 4.5 or higher

Calendar: your calendar must be synced

The Super Supplier stats are recorded on a 90 day rolling period and refresh every night at midnight, giving you opportunity to become a Super Supplier as soon as you hit all the metrics.

How to read your Super Supplier stats

As you can see, they’re pretty self-explanatory! Each stat explains what it specifically measures, and what level you need to hit to become a Super Supplier. 

If you’re hitting a Super Supplier target, you’ll see a little green tick next to it. If you’re not quite there yet, you’ll see a little red cross.
