How to set my pricing?

One of the many benefits of Poptop is that we provide clients with live pricing of all our event services. This means that a client can generate a quote for the service they like based on their event requirements, cutting out the admin time for suppliers having to provide these quotes manually.

This is why its so important that your pricing is set accurately from the start.

⚠️ Remember: we deduct our 12% booking fee from your overall service price so please account for this when setting your pricing.

We require you to set your base price for the exact service you have outlined in the listing. How this is priced will be dependent on what type of service you provide e.g. per person, per hour, per event etc.

To ensure you are pricing is accurate we have provided different price modifiers so that the pricing reflects what you require dependent on the clients event requirements, these include:

Price modifier for different numbers of guests - set different prices for different amount of guests

Price modifier for certain days - set different prices for different days of the week

Price modifier for certain special dates - set different prices for specific dates e.g. New Years Eve

Price modifier for specific events - set different prices for the following events: Corporate, Prom or Weddings

Our instant quote system will then take into account the price modifiers dependent on what a client submits into their event requirements. For example, if you have +£100 for prom bookings and the client selects Prom as their event type it will add this on automatically.
