Billing

In the billing section we provide booking invoices for your record. You can access them here: https://www.poptop.uk.com/s/billing/

You can also check the status of your next Poptop payment on your billing section, on the right side of your billing section under the expected by date. 

Please note that these payments are done manually by our finance team and therefore payments that are due on weekends or bank holidays will be paid on the next working day. 


Bank details

We require your billing details so that we can process the deposit payments that the client has paid to Poptop to you.

You can update your bank details by heading to Billing and then Bank Details: https://www.poptop.uk.com/s/billing/details

Please note: you must input your password for your Poptop account to access bank details.


Terms and conditions

We encourage suppliers to set terms and conditions for their services to outline expectations and requirements. The terms you set must then be confirmed by the client before they pay their deposit and secure the booking.

The terms and conditions can be, but not limited to: final balance payment deadlines, cancellation policies, and specific service provisions.
