I have a booking, but the client is not paying the deposit, what should I do?

Once, you receive a booking confirmation, we will send you an email with the clients contact details - Including email and phone number. We advise to contact the client ASAP to see when the deposit will be paid.

Poptop also send daily updates to the client, to pay the deposit via Poptop. We will give the client a time-frame to pay their deposit in. If no deposit is made, we will cancel the booking and notify this to you.

If you have taking another booking as the client has not paid there deposit in time, please contact, support@poptop.uk.com and we will cancel the booking for you.
