I have a booking, but the client is not paying the deposit, what should I do?

Hi there! 

Once, you receive a booking confirmation, we will send you an email with the client's contact details - including their email and phone number. We advise contacting the client ASAP to see when the deposit will be paid.

Poptop also sends daily updates to the client, to pay the deposit via Poptop. We will give the client a time-frame to pay their deposit in. If no deposit is made within 21days this will be automatically cancelled. 

If you have to take another booking as the client has not paid their deposit in time, please contact, support@poptop.uk.com and we will cancel the booking for you.
