I have paid by deposit, but the supplier has not confirmed the booking? what happens now?
In this case, we give the supplier 7 days to confirm the deposit. If the supplier has not confirmed the deposit within 7 days, we will refund this deposit to you straight away. You will be notified when the booking is cancelled and when you will receive the refund.
