Do you perform background checks on your suppliers?

We do not.

Poptop does not endorse, sanction or verify those listed on Poptop but we have a dedicated Supplier Team who deal with suppliers regularly and who pride themselves in having established long-term, reliable relationships with them.

If issues do arise with one of our suppliers, these are investigated thoroughly and can result in suppliers being temporarily suspended or in some cases, permanently removed from Poptop if they do not meet the standard of quality we expect for clients.

We recommend that event planners be diligent and thorough with their own research if they feel uncertain proceeding with a specific supplier and welcome clients to read their certified reviews from other Poptop users who have booked them previously. Please feel free to use the direct messaging platform before booking if you'd like added reassurance.

When booking with Poptop, you are covered by Poptop's Booking Protection which promises to cover your deposit incase something goes wrong. Please see our FAQ here for more information on this.
