When is the booking confirmed?

Once you've paid your deposit, the supplier has 7 days to double check your event details and accept payment. When they've accepted, your booking is confirmed - yay!🎉

Please don't worry, we chase suppliers everyday after your deposit is paid so you get your booking confirmation ASAP. When a supplier confirms your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email as well as receipt of payment and access to your supplier's phone number.

If your supplier is unable to confirm your booking, you'll be notified via email and your deposit payment will be declined and automatically refunded.
