When is the booking confirmed?
Once you've paid your deposit, the supplier will confirm your booking once they've double checked your event details and accept payment. When they've accepted, your booking is confirmed - yay!🎉
Our suppliers typically take 24 - 48 hours to confirm a booking however, this can take up to 7 days. Please don't worry, we chase suppliers daily after your deposit is paid so you get your booking confirmation ASAP. When a supplier confirms your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email as well as receipt of payment and access to your supplier's contact number and email.
Remember that many of our suppliers are hard-working small business owners who may well be caught up in the middle of a busy schedule. Most often, this is the reason for any delays in getting back to you, but because of the live availability system Poptop uses, you can rest assured that they are available for the date you booked.

If the booking has not been accepted after 7 days, the booking will automatically expire and your deposit payment will be cancelled and automatically refunded.
We will also send you some alternative suggested services and offer hands on assistance if required.
