When is the booking confirmed?

The booking is confirmed once the supplier has accepted your booking. They will have one week to do so from when the deposit has been paid, otherwise, this will be automatically returned to your bank account. 

Once the supplier has confirmed, you will get an automatic email notification from us and there will be a receipt of deposit payment attached to it too. The deposit payment will only be taken from your bank account once the booking has been confirmed by the supplier. We allow 7 days for the booking to be confirmed as a precautionary measure to ensure the supplier you would like to book is definitely available for your event.
