When should I contact the supplier?

Once the booking has been made and confirmed by the supplier, you are free to get in touch with them via email or phone whenever you would like to.

Please bear in mind that our suppliers are usually out at other events and may be busy, so if your event is a while away, they may not get back to you straight away.
