I haven’t heard from the supplier, what can I do?
If your booking has already been confirmed, your supplier's direct contact details are released to you via email. Please check your junk/spam folders incase they've been redirected there.
You can also find these in your account by accessing your booking, where the contact details are shown on the booking page.
Please don't worry if your supplier hasn't reached out yet. Depending on your event date, suppliers might not need to contact you until closer to your event.
