My event can no longer go ahead indefinitely, can I get a refund?

Refunds are treated on a case-by-case basis due to the fact they are based on a number of factors including the suppliers own individual terms and conditions of booking, Poptop’s Cancellation Policy and other factors such as the reasons surrounding the cancellation.
