How to cancel my membership?

We're sorry to see you go, here are the steps to cancel your membership:

1. Head to the membership section of your account here.
2. Click 'Join Now' under the basic free membership.
3. Click cancel membership

Your membership will now be cancelled, and no further payments will be taken.

Note that before any payments are taken for your renewal, you will receive an email advising of the payment 3 days before due. If you cancel your membership after it renews, we are unable to cancel and refund the payment, as per the terms and conditions of memberships.
